questions we may have. Once the particulars are finalized, you will receive

electronic invoice from us detailing your order. You may then immediately
process your payment online with any Visa, MasterCard, American

If you prefer to pay by
personal check, your order will
be processed once

Since custom orders are handmade according to your specifications,
they usually ship between 2-3 weeks of receipt of payment and approval of
any title page proof. In-stock
items usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Our standard shipping and
handling rates are calculated based on the
total amount of your order and
are detailed below. We ship all orders via Priority Mail and most
orders arrive within 2-3 business days. If you require

important to check your email invoice carefully to make

information, particularly any title page text or custom
heading, is

free from errors and misspellings. Once your payment is received, we
begin work immediately and it may not be possible to make changes once
your item is in production.
We have done our best to accurately represent our products and want you
to be happy with your purchase from BragTime. If you are not, then
please contact us within seven calendar days of receipt. We will refund
your purchase price less shipping and handling. Personalized or used items
are not
refundable and cannot be returned.
