Equipment Record - Fields include Equipment Type, Acquisition Date, Serial and Model Numbers, as well as Maintenance Work Performed and Dates. Lease/Rentals Record - Fields include Item or Property Leased, Name of Owner, Lease or Rental Dates, Cost, Terms, and Comments. Weather Record - Fields include Date, Precipitation, Temperature, Humidity, and Wind Speed. All are carefully handbound into hardcover books that are treated for stain resistance.
